How long does a watch service take?
Most services take one to two weeks, though a quick battery or strap change can often be done while you wait. We'll always give you a clear timeframe when you bring your watch in.

Do you repair watches you didn't sell?
Yes — we service and repair watches of any brand, whether or not you bought them from us, including vintage and inherited pieces.

Can you fix a watch that's stopped working after water damage?
Often, yes. We've restored a number of water-damaged watches, including full mechanical services on pieces that looked beyond saving. Bring it in and we'll assess it before any work begins.

How much does a repair cost?
It depends entirely on the watch and the issue, so we always quote before starting any work — no surprises on the bill.

Can you resize an inherited or antique ring?
Yes — ring resizing, including on sentimental or antique pieces, is one of our most common repairs. Our team will talk you through what's possible before any work starts.

Do you repair jewellery you didn't sell?
Absolutely. We repair jewellery from any retailer, in any condition, from a simple clasp fix to full restoration.

How long does a repair take?
Simple repairs like restringing or clasp fixes are often same-day. More complex work, like stone resetting or remodelling, typically takes one to two weeks.
